  • Ashwaghanda: is a potent and corrective superherb that helps protect your body from the damaging effects of stress. It helps to enhance focus and mental stamina.
  • Dates (1 or 2, depends on your sweet tooth)
  • Vanilla powder
  • Cinnamon
  • A dash of cacao

Blend them until frothy and warm if your body needs it!
